Durability
With its 0.06 to 0.07 mm membrane, the Naturalis Plus model offers a durability of between 2 and 3 months . However, some users manage to keep it for up to 6 and 8 months . Several factors can influence the lifespan of a hair prosthesis. Among them, the time of year stands out: in summer, with sun exposure, sweating, and more frequent swimming, the prosthesis will have a shorter lifespan.
The user can prolong the life of their prosthesis by applying appropriate hydration and repigmentation care.
Maintenance
Hair prosthesis maintenance should be performed, on average, every 20 to 30 days . In summer, it will be necessary to do so more frequently, approximately every 15 to 25 days .
Some users, especially experienced ones, perform maintenance themselves. However, this task can be complex. Therefore, we recommend consulting one of our partners or watching our tutorial videos .
